Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure every unit and building is in perfect working order for our guests.

You will provide hands-on maintenance, uphold safety standards, and deliver quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include general facility upkeep under supervision, painting, appliance and minor electrical repairs, carpentry, and care for make-ready units, with attention to doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, trash removal and general landscaping work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
