Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed and inspect building systems for deficiencies.
• Apply knowledge to repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash; assist with landscape tasks.
• Report deficiencies to supervisor and adhere to safety programs.
