Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to uphold quality in guest units and facilities. You will apply your general maintenance skills and customer service mindset to ensure every unit and building is in excellent working order, supporting a smooth guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and hands-on repair tasks, from painting to carpentry, while adhering to safety programs and maintenance best practices. This position is on-site at resort facilities.

Qualifications

• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape (trash removal and general landscape work).
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company's safety programs.
