Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure all units and facilities are in top working order for our guests. You will use your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep properties in optimal condition while following safety protocols.

You will perform general maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and complete make-ready unit preparations. A professional appearance and ability to work independently or with others are required.

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance skills and ability to perform repairs with supervision
• Customer service mindset to assist guests and maintain unit quality
• Ability to work independently or with a team while following safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance to preserve quality and efficient operations.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and perform general fixture repairs (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and waste removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
