Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep guest units and buildings in top condition, using maintenance skills and strong customer service.

You will perform general upkeep, make repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), fix fixtures, and ensure safety and quality across properties. We offer benefits and growth opportunities within hospitality-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner ensuring optimum quality.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
