You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to requests, and collaborate with a hospitality team to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role requires basic handyman skills and a professional, can-do attitude, with ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs ( Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry ).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape (trash removal, general landscape work).
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
