Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape; including trash removal.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
