Qualifications

• Knowledge of HAZMAT regulations related to cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to express and transmit ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to organize own time to meet assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Prepare housing units for residents and clean vacated units and appliances.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and sanitize surfaces; maintain floors.
• Care for grounds, clean walkways and outdoor areas daily.
• Report repairs or concerns with building systems to supervisor.
• Assist with operations such as locking/unlocking buildings and setting up spaces.
