Responsibilities include staff training, technical repairs, and fostering resident relations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency and quality of advanced maintenance skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence work direction to multiple site Maintenance Technicians.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-level results.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Manager in leading daily maintenance operations.
• Provide on-the-job training support to Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversee safety and quality control measures.
• Ensure attractive internal and external appearance of properties.
• Travel to all properties within assigned sector for training and support.
