Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for routine repairs and preventive maintenance of our facility in Laughlin, NV. The role covers carpentry, painting, drywall, and handling hazardous chemicals as applicable.

The position requires coordinating with painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters, maintaining clean workspaces, and delivering quality results independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Related degree preferred or accredited certifications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility.
• Repair of plumbing and associated equipment (toilet replacement, snake drains, leaks).
• Assisting all trades: painters, engineers, electricians, welders, carpenters.
• Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, materials handling at job sites.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, producing quality results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Overview

Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall and texturing, hazardous chemicals and general and preventive maintenance a plus

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility.
• Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e. toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
• Assisting all trades: painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters.
• Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, picking materials up from job sites, etc.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
