Job summary

The Post Oak in Laughlin, NV is seeking a skilled building maintenance technician to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across building systems. The role requires basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing knowledge and the ability to read computer printouts.

You will repair plumbing, hang drywall, operate standby generators, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience, be at least 21, and present a professional appearance with strong

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventive maintenance.
• Hang drywall and texture as needed.
• Operate, maintain, and repair standby generators.
• Maintain and repair pumps and pressurized water systems.
• Read and interpret computer printouts.
• Work independently and cohesively, delivering quality results.

Job description

Overview

Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, computer printouts, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the
• Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e., toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
• Must have knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge and ability to hang dry wall, and texturing.
• Operation, maintenance, and repair of stand‑by generators.
• Maintenance and repair of pumps and pressurized water systems.
• Ability to read computer printouts.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
