Job summary

San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center is seeking an Engineer to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. You will support hotel operations maintenance and assist other trades as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience and relevant certifications, with the ability to work on-call for emergencies, holidays, and weekends. This role is based at the Galveston, TX property.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Related degree preferred or accredited certifications.
• Minimum two years experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility.
