Job summary

Landry's, LLC. in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems. You will handle carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and read computer printouts to diagnose issues.

Qualifications

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Related degree preferred or accredited certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the building systems.
  • Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e., toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
  • Must have knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.
  • Knowledge and ability to hang dry wall, and texturing.
  • Operation, maintenance, and repair of stand‑by generators.
  • Maintenance and repair of pumps and pressurized water systems.
  • Ability to read computer printouts.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Overview
