Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hartland, WI to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and logging activities in the CMMS.

You will support production uptime, assist with facility projects, and operate equipment safely. A high school diploma and 3 years of experience are required, with up to 10% travel. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (in-state and out-of-state).

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and serve as escalation point for junior technicians.
• Record maintenance issues in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and participate in facility/building projects as needed.
• Assemble and test equipment; analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
