Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is a leading healthcare company seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our equipment and facility systems safe, reliable, and ready to perform. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, documentation, and projects across conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems.

You will document all work in CMMS, analyze downtime, and support senior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair/maintenance.
• Familiarity with PLC logic systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist other maintenance staff and participate in facility/building projects as assigned.
