Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, adjust, and perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment at its Temecula facility. You will troubleshoot issues and document work in CMMS, ensuring safe and reliable operation of plant systems.

The role requires 3 years of hands-on repair experience with mechanical/electrical systems, plus proficiency in Excel and PLC logic.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel.
Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Stand for 8–12 hours up to 6 days a week.
Willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot and correct issues, escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed; record maintenance issues in the CMMS.
Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate operation logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist maintenance mechanics on two-person tasks or when needed by operations.
Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and analyze production delays to solve malfunctions.
