Medline Industries, LP is a leading healthcare company seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep equipment and facility systems safe, reliable, and ready to perform. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment testing, documentation, and assigned facility projects across conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic Excel skills; familiarity with PLC logic systems and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate operation logs for pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist maintenance mechanics when two-person work is required or for operational needs.
• Perform facility/building project work such as light bulb and ceiling tile replacement, carpentry, plumbing, and door repairs.
