Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain equipment and facility systems across conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment testing, and documentation while supporting facility projects.

The role requires a hands-on problem solver with a safety mindset, accurate record-keeping, and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Ability to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50–75 lbs.
Experience with CMMS and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, and robotics equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment, escalate as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Document work in CMMS and maintain operating logs for critical systems.
Analyze downtime, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support facility projects and perform basic carpentry/plumbing tasks as assigned.
Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and report production delays.
