Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Inspect vacant units for rent readiness (make-ready).
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and general repairs.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
