Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience in home repairs, plumbing, grounds maintenance and heavy equipment operation.
• Snow plow experience.
• Ability to prioritize safety and attend periodic safety trainings.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas by driving through the community daily and recording violations.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Maintain community grounds: mow lawns, weed, remove leaves, and snow plow as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; ensure vehicles and equipment are serviced regularly.
• Log all work performed and follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and tools.
