Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Wayson Woods in Lothian, MD. This full-time role involves general grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and on-call duties, with a structured pay range.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with good driving record and insurability under company policy.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager promptly.
• Maintain community grounds with manicured appearance; weed control, leaves, flowers, shrubs, mulch and hedges.
• Operate snow removal and other seasonal maintenance as required.
• Assist with refurbishing Community Owned homes and maintaining water/sewer lines.
