Job summary

Real Property Management seeks a Level I Maintenance Technician to support properties in the Twin Cities area, with no weekend work and flexible hours. You will apply maintenance experience to repair light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance systems, conduct turnover maintenance, and perform inspections.

Join a collaborative team; you will log work orders using digital tools, help keep residents happy, and protect owners' investments.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in maintenance and resolving household system issues.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Own iPhone and basic hand tools (tool allowance provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance systems.
• Conduct turnover maintenance and property inspections to keep units in top condition.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in household systems with efficient, quality repairs.
• Log work orders and track progress using digital tools.
• Interact with residents professionally and maintain a positive demeanor.
