Job summary

Real Property Management Affiliates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to service hundreds of homes and apartment complexes. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repairs, conduct property evaluations, and log work orders with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance, 2+ years in industrial settings, a valid driver's license, and own iPhone with basic tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Own iPhone and basic hand tools.
• Strong communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance systems.
• Conduct turnover maintenance, property evaluations and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot household systems and appliances to produce high‑quality repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Log work orders, track progress and report findings using digital tools.
