Job summary

Point Real Estate Management LLC | PRM is seeking a motivated part-time Maintenance Technician to join our Class A multifamily community just east of downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to perform unit repairs, assist with turnover, and support overall maintenance of the property.

This role requires about 25 hours per week, with hours between 8 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday, and mandatory participation in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Own basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
• CPO Certification as needed per property; CAMT offered after 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in unit turnover and Make-Readies.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Perform general maintenance in common areas and exterior spaces.
• Support grounds and custodial work as needed.
• Report dangerous conditions to management immediately.
