Job summary

Aerotek is seeking General Tech and Sr. Tech professionals for a Woodland, CA-based role focused on preventive maintenance of DC equipment and minor repairs. You will work with CMMS to ensure equipment aligns with manufacturer recommendations and safety standards.

Shifts include days, swing, and nights across 4/10s, with a pay range of $30-$40 per hour and a contract-to-hire path. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a facility, United States Armed Forces, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial electricity, including single-phase and three-phase power, motors, and protective devices.
• Proficiency in PLC logic principles, uploading and downloading PLCs, System Control Software, and scanners.
• Experience with electronics such as photo sensors, remote I/Os, servo drives, variable frequency drives, and scanning systems.
• Rewiring 3 phase motors, replacing motors/pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs on DC equipment.
• Utilize CMMS-generated worksheets to maintain machinery according to manufacturers recommendations.
• Ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials.
• Conduct general building maintenance tasks, such as lamp replacement, construction, wiring, and plumbing repairs.
