We are seeking 2 reliable, experienced Maintenance Technicians to ensure the efficient operation of production, facility, and utility equipment. This hands-on role involves daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to support a high-functioning manufacturing environment.

Pay: $22-$27/hr (DOE)
Sign-On & Retention Bonus: Up to $1,250
Shifts Available:
- Days: Sunday-Thursday (5 AM-2 PM / 10 AM-6 PM) & Wednesday-Saturday (5 AM-2 PM / 12 AM-6 AM)
- Nights: Sunday-Wednesday (8 PM-6 AM) & Wednesday-Saturday (8 PM-6 AM)
- Training: Monday-Friday (9 AM-5 PM, subject to change)

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical issues (gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors)
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Assist with rebuilding spare parts & maintaining inventory
Ensure compliance with safety rules & PPE requirements

Qualifications:

Experience with proxy switches, servo/stepper motors, drives, & encoders
Basic plumbing, electrical & mechanical skills
Welding experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and non-standard hours
Strong attendance & ability to handle job-related stress

Additional Information:

Background check & drug screening required post-offer
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment: Exposure to moving parts, heat, vibration, and occasional work in high places or near chemicals (safety accommodations provided as needed)
