3M Oak Hills, CA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and control systems in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance to ensure reliable operations.

You will work on mechanical and electrical systems, operate forklifts, and collaborate with production and engineering teams. On-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with further technical training is preferred.
• Apprenticeship or technical degree and CMRT certification are a plus.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environments is required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve mechanical equipment and components including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair pumps, valves, piping, and pumping systems, including various pump types.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, drive controls, PLCs, sensors, and related electrical.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and plant assets.
• Move, rig, hoist, lift, position, and align equipment; operate forklifts and WAVs.
• Review work orders, manage PM records, and procure parts for maintenance activities.
