Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience or 3+ years in HVAC, electrical, millwright, military, or related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, and related systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Maintain equipment performance, reliability, and safety standards.
• Support continuous operations in a fast-paced production environment.
