The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on experience, reads technical manuals, uses hand and electrical tools, and maintains safe, clean work areas. Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, hydraulic systems and HVAC.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair or maintenance.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure that machinery runs smoothly.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Repair machines and structures using hand and power tools.
• Do minor repairs such as leaky faucets or clogged drains.
• Monitor boiler systems, HVAC and other building systems.
• Order supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance; maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate with a team during repairs or facility expansions.
• Record and report completed repairs and future attention items.
