Job summary

TSK HOUSING in Spanish Lake, MO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property team. In this hands-on role, you will keep residential units and common areas safe, functional, and comfortable for residents.

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a professional work pace.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Strong time management and prioritization across work orders.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience is a plus.
