Brookside Properties, Inc. is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations at Overlook. You’ll handle service requests, perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry, and assist with unit turns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience; multifamily setting preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal preferred.
• General repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
• On-call availability as needed.
• Strong work ethic and team first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
