Job summary

TSK HOUSING is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spanish Lake, MO. The role focuses on keeping our properties safe, functional, and comfortable for residents through hands‑on repairs and proactive upkeep.

You will diagnose and fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, perform routine maintenance, and handle work orders efficiently. A valid license and reliable transportation are preferred, with EPA 608/HVAC familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work orders.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• EPA 608 certification or HVAC experience a plu.
