Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Tech in Nashville, TN to perform preventative maintenance, repair, and general upkeep for hotel facilities and guest rooms. You will document work orders, troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and assist with landscaping and pool maintenance.

The role requires at least 6 months of maintenance experience, ability to lift 25 lb regularly, and a willingness to operate hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
