Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a maintenance technician to support its facility services. The role covers routine inspection, electrical upkeep, and preventative maintenance across office, warehouse, and outdoor environments.

The position requires 2-5 years of related experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. English proficiency is essential.

Shifts Available

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Essential Duties

• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard
• Plan and schedule maintenance repairs
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)
• Perform routine maintenance around building
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
