Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our multifamily properties. You will inspect properties, identify issues, and respond to tenant service requests on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and assisting with HVAC repairs and installations, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety of common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Experience working on HVAC units.

Job description

The Maintenance Tech atCSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
• Assist with HVAC repairs and installations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working on, repairing, and installing HVAC units
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
