Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform inspections, repairs, and routine upkeep across our properties. You will respond to tenant service requests, complete diverse repairs including plumbing and electrical work, and ensure Make Ready units are prepared for new tenants.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify issues or repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address maintenance or repair issues.
• Complete repairs and upkeep tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Work on Make Ready units to ensure readiness before new tenant move-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.
