Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform inspections, repairs, and routine upkeep across our properties. You will respond to tenant service requests, complete diverse repairs including plumbing and electrical work, and ensure Make Ready units are prepared for new tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify issues or repairs.
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address maintenance or repair issues.
• Complete repairs and upkeep tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Work on Make Ready units to ensure readiness before new tenant move-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas and grounds.

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.
