Job summary

Schneider Electric in Seneca, SC seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee reliability, availability, and maintainability of production equipment. You will provide day-to-day leadership to technicians and coordinate maintenance plans to support Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost performance.

This role works with Manufacturing and Engineering to reduce downtime, drive continuous improvement via SPS/SIM and TPM, and ensure effective CMMS use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 2-year technical degree in a related field.
• Experience leading a maintenance or technical team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to support reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Coordinate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance per plans.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
