Job summary

Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all plant maintenance and facilities activities at the Greenville manufacturing site. You will drive reliability, safety, and performance of assets through strategic planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, and strong team leadership.

You will manage storeroom operations, budgets, and TPM programs, partnering with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and maintenance spend.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute a proactive maintenance strategy incorporating preventive and predictive practices.
• Oversee storeroom accuracy, organization, purchasing processes, and inventory control.
• Manage maintenance and facility budgets, ensuring responsible spend.
• Develop and manage a TPM program to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet plant goals.
• Drive safety, continuous improvement, and compliance across maintenance and facilities.
