Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years’ experience in maintenance within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-craft technicians to a zero-breakdown culture.
• Schedule maintenance per PMs and downtime.
• Promote safety throughout the plant.
• Coach TPM/PM concepts and problem solving.
• Escalate unresolved issues after two hours of downtime.
• Monitor PM tasks and work orders; ensure quality.
• Communicate attendance and vacation with area lead.
• Maintain CBT participation and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are followed.
