Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong budgeting, and a track record in TPM/RCM and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance.
• Drive improvements in uptime and reliability through disciplined maintenance execution.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities; support maintenance excellence initiatives.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets and capital projects; optimize spare parts inventory and asset management.
