Job summary

SWEP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to plan and monitor maintenance across all production equipment to ensure 100% machine availability. The role requires hands-on maintenance, quick downtime response, and leadership of TPM activities in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, spare parts management in the ERP system, and collaboration with external contractors. Candidates should have PLC knowledge and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in manufacturing maintenance
Exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment
Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge of PLCs
Proficient in industrial, mechanical and pneumatic machinery
Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes and safety practices

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor the maintenance of all production equipment to achieve 100% machine availability.
Carry out maintenance and repair of machines, equipment and production facilities.
React quickly to avoid extended equipment downtime.
Organize and carry out routine preventative maintenance of machines.
Manage stock of spare parts registered in ERP system for furnaces and other equipment.
Own spare parts program and risk assessment of top failure modes to determine what to stock.
