Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is helping a manufacturing client in Easley, SC find a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive reliability and continuous improvement.

The role balances hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning to minimize downtime and support production. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in maintenance within manufacturing, strong PK of PM, asset management, and experience with automation/CNC equipment,

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and asset management practices.
Experience developing maintenance schedules, work procedures, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of automation/robotics and CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance.
Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
Analyze equipment performance data and implement solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Manage maintenance-related expenditures, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor activities.
Partner with production, engineering, and leadership to resolve equipment issues.
Track key maintenance metrics and use data to drive decisions and improvements.
Participate in troubleshooting and equipment repairs as needed to support plant operations.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
