Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years proven maintenance management experience in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience with CMMS and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Review facility systems' effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
• Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plant systems.
• Supervise performance, training, and discipline per policies.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance across all equipment and systems.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, purchases, inventory, and equipment history.
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLCs, and robotic systems.
• Interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and GMP standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety culture.
