Ken's Foods - US Facilities in McDonough, GA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead to steer the maintenance team and safeguard uninterrupted production across facility systems. You will set the tone for Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include developing technicians, driving preventive maintenance, and resolving electrical and mechanical issues in packaging and process equipment. A2-level degree with 2–7 years in manufacturing is expected.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–7 years in a manufacturing plant (food/beverage/consumer goods preferred).
• Strong CMMS experience and work-order discipline.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
