Kens Foods Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility's maintenance team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all systems. You will guide troubleshooting, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage CMMS activities to keep equipment performing at peak levels.
The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing or food processing, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety and GMP compliance. This position is based in McDonough, GA.
To ensure uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes throughout the facility.
Directly supervises employees in the Maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
