Job summary

Ken's Foods in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will oversee maintenance planning, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in equipment uptime and process reliability.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and guide team members through complex repairs while maintaining compliance with GMP and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years proven experience managing and leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent company as a management team member, advancing safety, quality, and productivity in a food manufacturing environment.
• Review ongoing efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems; implement improvements.
• Coach team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plant systems.
• Supervise team performance and adherence to rules, policies, and standards.
• Support and expand preventive/predictive maintenance across facility systems.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls systems including PC, PLC, and man-machine interfaces.
• Lead by ensuring compliance with food safety standards and GMP policies.
