Qualifications

• Requires an Engineering designation with a basic knowledge of other areas.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and supervising skilled trades.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in a high performance environment and drives improvement.
• Oversees daily management of the function and develops people and processes.
• Manages safety, quality, reliability, and cost through TPM and cross-functional collaboration.
• Directs and supports daily team management to meet goals and scorecard metrics.
• Communicates objectives up, down, and across the organization and conducts regular team meetings.
