Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Plant Manager for the Belcamp, MD facility to lead all manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, ensure GMP compliance, and manage the budget and safety of the site.

As part of the Americas Supply Chain leadership, you will develop a high‑performing culture, coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, and mentor leaders to build internal talent and succession plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years in manufacturing with at least 7 years leading in TPM or Lean environments.
• Experience in TPM environment.
• Experience with Food Safety and GMPs.
• Proven project management skills and ability to drive initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels to promote a high‑performance organization.
• Experience organizing and completing short- and long-term projects and tasks.
• Strong influencing, diplomacy and partnering skills to grow business relationships.

• Identifies, prioritizes, plans, and directs operational issues through Operations leaders.
• Designs strategies and processes to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity while reducing waste and costs.
