Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Cambridge, MD facility. You will lead the production maintenance group, drive a world-class operation, and develop the team while applying TPM and continuous improvement practices.

You will work closely with plant personnel and vendors to ensure safe, compliant and efficient maintenance, with opportunities to participate in capital projects and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Five+ years in a technical management or supervisory role in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls and mechanical/electrical components in food equipment.
• Experience creating and monitoring manufacturing technical standards.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP Plant Maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the production maintenance group at the Cambridge, MD plant.
• Lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve excellent manufacturing results.
• Drive standards and consistency across the maintenance department.
• Serve as technical and business resource for system operations and production needs.
• Interact with plant staff, leadership, engineering, vendors and external support.
• Support capital projects and budgets to improve efficiency, safety and site infrastructure.
• Coach and mentor maintenance technicians, coordinators, and admin staff.
